To say that teachers are busy is an understatement. So much of teachers’ time is spent creating lesson plans, marking assignments, reporting to school leaders, communicating with parents and the list goes on. With such hectic schedules, it can be difficult to cater to individual student learning needs while still completing these important tasks.

We asked teachers what challenges they face in their math class and brought these challenges to Dr. Marian Small (renowned author and educator) in hopes of finding practical solutions.
