Maple Leaf Math Challenge Rules:
Points from Live Mathletics and Curriculum Activities will be awarded to students individually and are only recorded throughout the competition period (October 17, 2016 at 12:00am – October 31, 2016 at 11:59pm)
Students earn 1 point per correct answer (2 points on their bonus level) in Live Mathletics. Students earn 10 points per correct answer in curriculum activities (max. 300 points from any individual activity). Note: work completed on tablets in offline mode may not be included.
This competition is open to Canada-based schools with a Mathletics subscription. Schools may add additional students for free for the duration of the competition. Schools must be registered for the competition to be eligible for prizes.
To allow fair competition between schools of different sizes, school points are calculated on an “average points per student” basis. Only students may complete activities and earn points.
Once the competition has ended, all results will be verified by the Mathletics team. Upon completion of verification, the winners will be announced on the Maple Leaf Mathletics Challenge home page. All results as determined by the Mathletics team are final.
Registration closes October 19, 2016 at 5pm MST.
